Payment is due at the time of service.

If you have dental insurance, we will submit the claims for you. Please check with our office to see if your insurance company is among the list of our participating providers. And, keep in mind you are responsible for all services not fully covered by your dental benefits. Patients having dental procedures requiring outside laboratory services are required to pay half of the dental fees at the initiation of treatment, with the balance due at the completion appointment. A patient rebilling fee of $15 will be added where we must repeatedly send monthly bills for the same balance.
